Great and managements at Benihana SF needs to be fixed. Need attention from HR department. Making a faithful chef upset is not a good idea, because chefs are the engine of Benihana. I am just a server there but I feel bad for the chefs and they deserve better. Review from Sales Dept

It's been fine but it's unfortunate because I know how good Ra could be with better management. I am strongly considering going to another company where I have more faith in the future and direction. With the current GM, it seems inevitable that the store will close with how things have been going. Review from Sales Dept

Overall I have never actually hated working anywhere up until I started working at Benihana, the management makes your work like horrible, everyone is in it for themselves, and they expect you to work under such horrible conditions Review from HR Dept
