I would like to see others in the office working for a change. Not standing outside of my classroom laughing and talking loudly while I'm trying to work.
They need to learn to appreciate people with skills who actually do the work there. Not the ones in administrative positions - useless jobs anyone with a high school diploma can do.
Coworkers in administrative positions spend almost all of their time socializing quite loudly, disrupting work. While you are tryng to do your job. Especially aggravating when you remember they are compensated much better
They offer absolutely no benefits to their instructors. No paid leave of any kind ever, including bereavement. No holiday bonuses. No insurance. You are paid exactly by the hour, not even your lunch hour is covered. Especially ridiculous compared to the benefits administration gets.
