I wish I were treated fairly, challenged and compensated adequately

They need to treat their employees better, people with actual skills. We are treated like we are disposable and of no value.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work as a language instructor and none of us receive any benefits, paid time off, insurance or anything like that, unlike the management
