Ms. Patricia H. Walker also known as Trish has been the President of Services at Best Buy Co., Inc. since April 2016. Ms. Walker oversees all services in stores, online and in customers' homes. Before joining Best Buy in April 2016, she spent 27 years at Accenture, served as Senior Managing Director and North America Retail Practice Lead. Prior to leading the retail practice, she held numerous leadership positions in Accenture's retail practice, including marketing, operations, SAP and change management. She has worked with many leading retailers over the years, including Nordstrom, CVS, L.L. Bean, Macy's and The Limited. She also led Accenture's work on the Best Buy account for several years, during which she worked closely with Geek Squad. Ms. Walker also serves on the advisory board of iOwn, LLC. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Boston College. She is a Founding Contributor of the Accenture Professorship at Boston College's Carroll School of Management.
