Clear enterprise and team objectives. Communication of organizational changes has improved. More defined processes for collaboration across verticals would go a long way to unlocking more creativity.

At the lowest levels, leadership cares and tries to make your job easier. At the highest level, leadership is rather detached from their hourly employees and effectuate few positive things at the store level.
The help and appreciation they give.
they are very good at constructing ideas.
Best Buy's in store leaders are amazing at least at my store, they emphasize that you work to live. You do not live to work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communication. training. staffing. organization. leadership skills
Accountability, Understanding, Constructive feedback, rewarding employees
Learning customer service skills, people skills, morality, just basic things that make you a decent human.

Bonus (STI) pay is substantial even for entry level.

PTO hours are generous even after only being employed for a short few years. They however do expire and it is use it or lose it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Overall my expenses exceed my income.
Getting paid for my level of experience and my results. Having insurance plans that arent insanely expensive per paycheck with premiums too expensive to use. Not being hired for my technical knowledge and then forcing me to sell while im in someones home to setup things theyve already purchased.
Took away commissions now just base salary

My coworkers are extremely friendly and intelligent.
In not a company corperate cult kind of way we are truly a family and all are mostly close friends

We all work as a pretty fluid team and help each other out when needed. No complaints about coworkers.

The culture is great. Everyone is very positive and friendly to each other.
Alot of the employees focus on whats going on in other co-workers personal lives instead of THEIR job.

Different agendas. Being an actual service to customers instead of focusing on what can be taken from them or how they can be manipulated.
Stop focusing on being like amazon and focus on the edge of customer service and expertise

The leadership needs to think about more then just the bottom line.
Distinct difference in uniform shirt color and style between highly capable Designers and Consultants as opposed to clerk level advisors.
