The leader I have currently is one of the best leaders I've had in my entire retail career. He is the type of leader that will build his team up instead of bark orders. I have seen him rebuild broken employees myself included into something great. I will never again in my lifetime witness such amazi
Clear enterprise and team objectives. Communication of organizational changes has improved. More defined processes for collaboration across verticals would go a long way to unlocking more creativity.
At the lowest levels, leadership cares and tries to make your job easier. At the highest level, leadership is rather detached from their hourly employees and effectuate few positive things at the store level.
The help and appreciation they give.
they are very good at constructing ideas.
Best Buy's in store leaders are amazing at least at my store, they emphasize that you work to live. You do not live to work.
Always friendly and care about us and our experiance

They understand what it takes to develop an employee and set a path for success in whichever direction in the company the employee wanted to go. I followed my manager from the time he hired me as seasonal to System Designer of Magnolia and Designer of best buy

They are good people extremely helpful
They are one of the last leaderships who take time to know employees in and out of the store as people. They love each other as we are family. My gm actually is the leader I spent decades hoping that would show up and I am delighted for all of them
Theyre very chill and laid back
Says they care but fail to truly show it

My store management is doing great for what they have to work with but the problem comes from the fact that we are minimumly staffed which causes anger amongst customers and goes against the edge of having people to assist you
They are kind and jolly, they are very flexible with the schedule if you can’t come to work on certain day

Strong intention and practice of embracing humility

Sometimes they make me feel valued
The low level managers do care for the employees that work under them in the Stores and in geek squad field. The upper level management though is sending down orders and changes that are hurtful to the company.
Leadership tries their best with what they have to work with, which keeps shrinking for staff but increasing on responsibilities. Constant pressure on Credit Cards and Tech Support Membership. Zero care on anything else.
communication. training. staffing. organization. leadership skills
Accountability, Understanding, Constructive feedback, rewarding employees
Learning customer service skills, people skills, morality, just basic things that make you a decent human.

No stop work of work end don't west time
Everything, they just don’t car
Corporate needs to get back to caring about employees
Hiring more employees, the return of specialized departments, warehouse teams no longer wearing blue shirts because we don't want to be stopped by customers asking us to ring them out or solve their technical issues because we're the "geeks"
Paying their workers more money
Being Proactive in protecting health of employees.

Compassion for employees working in stores
communicate, less number focused overall. actually care about employee well-being and accomodation
They need to care anout employess and help out not just be locked in there hub 24/7 also never around to give keys for items

Training needs to be implemented
Communication, leaderahip that doesnt lead from an office
micromanaging is a huge issue and it's burning most of us out
Not micromanaging and being greedy about numbers, especially to those who consistenly hit their sales targets and make the company 10-20x what they're paid. Showing your employees your appreciation in a way that doesn't end with "Now how can we do better and sell more?" is a good place to start.
The executive team literally told the entire company the fire employees because sales dropped when the stores where closed inside do to covid assuming online sales where always going to stay high after the stores reopened after covid.in short customers in person dont mater as much their bonus does

Leadership are a bunch pompous people, you rarely see them and they manage from their cell phones.
