Satisfaction of customers, if there's a meaningful raise, discounts

Just seeing everyone there and being able to help others with ease

Seeing my coworkers, being able to take care of customers

My bosses and coworkers honestly

Helping others solve their tech issues. Overwhelming customers with joy.

Customer interaction and finding best solutions for people who didn't know what was possible.

Helping people understand technology that is difficult for them.

I'm most happy at work when someone leaves knowing they got a solution to their issue and didn't just waste a Saturday trying to get something done but instead achieving nothing.

The fact that I can work and manage my own schedule.

Customers who are grateful for my expert opinion and reccomendations.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Workers don’t have the knowledge or priority to help customers. The agenda is to meet quotas by any means and customers recognize tha

There isn’t a lot of products available, the workers are not polyvalent, meaning that besides the part of the store they specialize in, they can’t help costumers in other things so costumers are left waiting for a while until a specialist is ready to help them while other employees do nothi

Review from Sales Dept

There's no staff.. We're working bare-bones & customers hate waiting

Best Buy is having a hard time to attract and retain talent. Does not seem to be keeping up with the pay either.

Review from Marketing Dept

I think this company should care about there workers how they can improve management actually manging and not being in there office on the phone

Review from Sales Dept

Standard operating procedures do not exist it is instead openly refered to with stores as recommended operating procedure it is often ignored by management and changed to suit whatever they feel like in the moment actually following guidelines and updating then would help stabilize all stores

Review from IT Dept

All stores are running on a skeleton crew, being mentally beat down by customers and store leadership, and the fact the the CEO and corporate managers have not listened to one thing we've had to say.

Review from Operations Dept

Pay your employees what they are worth or just admit you run a minimum wage model where employees are compensated fairly.

Review from Sales Dept

Everything can go wrong and management always sides with customers who scream at you for no reason

Review from HR Dept

It would be better to have a set schedule.

Review from Customer Support Dept

understanding and relating on dealing with the public

Review from Sales Dept

Because every time our numbers are down on service plans we fet demoted and or fired

Review from Operations Dept

More money for employees. Stop viewing customers as dollar signs.

Review from Marketing Dept

The pay needs to be improved

Review from Customer Support Dept

Our company needs to pay more and stop hiring 3rd party companies to handle issues for us- it looks bad when we can't solve our own problems with deliveries and installations. Theres also a barricade between corporate and store level- corp seems to thing we can do everything that they can do.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Better working environment, better wages, and much more structure

Review from Operations Dept

Just boring and mundane. I don't dread work, but don't look forward to it.

Review from Operations Dept

Stop paying a marketing team to suggest you are ethical
