What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are extremely friendly and intelligent.
In not a company corperate cult kind of way we are truly a family and all are mostly close friends

The coworkers have become good friends, Best Buy does have a decent culture.
Some of my peers are 2 decades younger. They have a fire and hope that I cherish and want them to Excell. They bring a life back to even me to help them grow more. I see potential and want them to tap into more of it.

they are such kind hearted people who work their butts off to make the store run as it should and I appriciate them coming in with good attitudes even while the company is treating them terribly

Though we vary in age most of the time, everybody seems to get along as fairly like minded peers, in my store humor and community is great, of course management has to get onto us sometimes but they play along sometimes too

Communication between departments and overall morale
Very few co workers in the store to interact with
everyone is trying to get through the day doing as little as possible
No one cares about the customers because of poor leadership, we get paid garbage so you get garbage service.

Many workers do not understand the others jobs, often this leads to misconceptions and a general feeling of passive-aggressive involvement.

Meetings are redundant. Employees sit on their phones most of the time. Other departments don't pull their weight, making the rest of us stay later to help pick up their slack
