What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to work on the performance engagement
Being competent, professional and not bullying uts workers who are competent and do knitwear they are doing but are not allowed to action their own competence!
Respecting each other and fall in the books falling company policy
Learn how to lead and take ownerships

health insurance probably is this job's saving grace

Like I said no one follow company policy
Possibly get managers to take a manual handling course
The leadership makes you feel like you can be replaced with the snap of a finger. There are no benefits so any would be nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along for the most part
the turn over is horrible so i cannot say i have really connected too much
The interaction with like minded people.

Following company policy learn to work as a team

There is nothing Positive at my workplace
There is nothing which is why I'm looking for employment.

we need to make more money for what we do here

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
i am not sure what can improve the problem there is always an issue with internet, the phones, the system etc
Don't know of anything everything needs to be improve
Management needs to be re trained
Everything that is being done by the managers will end up getting a loss of the account.
