What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Remove the CEO. He has tarnished the company name. People make fun of it and call it worse. I wish they were wrong.

Just look at the news and listen to your freaking employees

Transparency. Treat your people right and they will work hard for you.

Senior management needs to be changed and more qualified and experienced people should be recruited.

C-suite and senior leadership need more transparency.

Public image has been destroyed

read the news, you'll see. replace the CEO, much of the exec team and make amends to the 900 laid off

expectations are very high, given metrics cannot be accomplished in 8 hours.

Future possibility! First company to see our industry's ills, and commit to solving them for the absolute right reason. Building a product for the consumer is exactly why they have broken all industry standards. In fact, it is stale industry standards that opened the window for Better.com!

Onboarding with emphasis towards inclusion. Meet and greets attended by Exec/Sr leadership. Mentoring program for all new employees based upon role, knowledge, and savvy.
