What do you like best about the leadership team?Always provides team with a direct line of communication, which is rare in most companies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The friendly work culture is fake. Online interactions are moderated by leadership. Of course, everyone looks happy and says they love their job. Most quit for reasons of mental health.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?More questions. Harder questions!! Questions of substance.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Everything. Only way to correct if i with a new CEO.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?A new CEO. Stat. The current one has little man syndrome.
