Quarterly bonuses shouldn't be assessed on paperwork etc due to data entry (KPI's etc) it really SHOULD come down to overall job commitment, performance & management of job role. If you want to retain workers stop asking for daily time sheets especially after you tag on/off every day.

STI was not assessed fairly. When discussed, supervisors were defensive. STI has a rob Peter to pay Paul mentality. This stategy should only be followed when one under performs. It then becomes a case of getting the amount as per supervisor/managers discretion which has proven to be unfair.
The support areas have a model of high integration with operations, however the compensations are not equivalent.
