BHP Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

lots of benefits which keeps me excited

High base salary and solid bonus that is achievable.

Above average pay for my role

I would like to be given a better super package. the wage is fine.

A healthy mix of pay and ancillary benefits

Total comp Is fair and reasoanable

BHP Share match giving program

The retirement benefits are best in industry

Good base salary with performance bonus, share scheme, co contribution super

Very good benefits for family

The Share plan and bonus

I’m a contractor so I don’t have a compensation pac

Annual leave payment is quite appreciable

performance bonus at the end of the year

Yearly bonus and fortnightly pay

All is well that works well

Come on now bro another

The best part is the big thanns

BONUS SYSTEM AND SHARES SYSTEM

shares and dividends, annual leave entitlement

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Quarterly bonuses shouldn't be assessed on paperwork etc due to data entry (KPI's etc) it really SHOULD come down to overall job commitment, performance & management of job role. If you want to retain workers stop asking for daily time sheets especially after you tag on/off every day.

benefits depending on location are under market valued

I think other companies are doing lot more for there employees. More incentive

I get paid the same as someone driving a truck but believe my work is more extensive

Rate if pay and bonus is below industry standard

STI was not assessed fairly. When discussed, supervisors were defensive. STI has a rob Peter to pay Paul mentality. This stategy should only be followed when one under performs. It then becomes a case of getting the amount as per supervisor/managers discretion which has proven to be unfair.

The support areas have a model of high integration with operations, however the compensations are not equivalent.
