The support areas have a model of high integration with operations, however the compensations are not equivalent.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
BHP is a great company focused on sustainability values. It is in this area that I believe that there is not a complete connection between the vision-strategy of the company and the activities that we carry out day by day in operations.
