Leadership Reviews

Stop lying to workers and stop turning the place into a dictatorship. Most people are happy to extra if they are treated right. No one likes being in an abusive relationship whether at home or work

Doing what they say they will do as Per the company motto

Interpersonal skills are horrible and no emphasis on caring for their team

Stop managing upwards and listed to the workers concern

Actions as per discussed. Can and enjoys working with people. Unbiased opinions. Understanding the skill set within each team. Refrain from being defensive. Allow the door to be open should one feel umcomfotable about discussing issues with one up.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Quarterly bonuses shouldn't be assessed on paperwork etc due to data entry (KPI's etc) it really SHOULD come down to overall job commitment, performance & management of job role. If you want to retain workers stop asking for daily time sheets especially after you tag on/off every day.

benefits depending on location are under market valued

I think other companies are doing lot more for there employees. More incentive

I get paid the same as someone driving a truck but believe my work is more extensive

Rate if pay and bonus is below industry standard

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

stop alienating people, open up to understand the diversity of the team...

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Have everyone at the company working towards the same goals. The way it is creates animosity between all stake holders.

Do some small things for the workers. By motivating working in small ways the company can have big gains The underground production is by far the worse treated crew I have seem at bhp and that is where you make or lose your money

Treat all people on site the same. From the cleaners to the CEO we should all feel like we are part of the same team and not excluded

I think it is hopeless to change
