What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open conversations usually done during our 1-1 meetings.
Super smart, but also open to different ideas and thinking
Easy to talk to & treated on a decent scale if issues arise although could do with a few more years in the industry before offered positions instead of being hired on qualifications. Sometimes it doesn't matter about trades/skills etc it's actually experience I've learnt is what makes you.
There is a clear vision regarding what they want the company to be.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do know someone who was made redundant and they did say they got quite a lot of money which is always nice.

lots of benefits which keeps me excited
High base salary and solid bonus that is achievable.
Above average pay for my role
I would like to be given a better super package. the wage is fine.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I did hear that the company pushed out some of the HR team a couple years ago after some of them weren't being promoted within the company culture.

Friendly, kind, supportive, knowledgeable and proactive
great energy and focus to their work
Most people try to work together really well and create good momentum but this business has to many contradicting KPIs which creates one level causing another level not to achieve
Friendlyness between us, willing to assist & help if or as required, just overall personality character & ability to just be yourself with each other is a great benefit to have with people especially when you're stuck with each other for 60% of the day or night.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Highly inclusive and results orientated.
Leaving after wnd of shift
Friendlyness between work colleagues within our own crew/s (OP's Crews) due to being deemed outsiders from others within our own company yet nothing seems to be said or done to reset people's minds especially when it seems to be played from the top of site management to the bottom tiers of workers
