No one thing. Pay is great, healthcare is top notch, stock options are healthy. The best part is the package itself.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership presents a clear vision and are able to execute. They understand the market, and they take pride in partnering with our customers to solve their complex data issues.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked being able to see the product. I also appreciated interviewing with people and managers outside of my direct team and department. It was nice to be able to talk to all the people I would be interacting with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has various levels of technical skill and experience, yet everyone contributes and learns from one another. The more senior engineers are always friendly and willing to help less experienced teammates. And at the end of the day, we all want the best for the customer.
