Overall, it's been a great and growing experience with the company. A lot of it has been "trial by fire" but that is normal for startup culture.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My comp package is considerably low compared to others in my profession. When I was offered the job, I was informed that I could not negotiate for more salary/stock, which I also found off putting.
