
I think it's really the total package. I am stock options, great healthcare, a quality 401k match, and good pay. There isn't that one thing that makes me say, "Yea, it is a good compensation package, buuuttttt....". Billtrust takes care of its employees.
They are accessible, and listen to feedback. I have had quality exchanges around program proposals with our CEO and CFO, where they offer thoughts but still empower me to own the decisions. They put their support behind employees, and make changes based off of on-the-ground feedback.
I think it is the ability to go from a successful company to the successful company in our industry. We are not doing everything perfectly. The fact that we can still grow and develop so much, yet have still been recognized as successful, is really encouraging.
