The COMPANY DOES NOT CARE.
I feel undervalue because I am very prefessional on my duties, and I think we as route drivers or as transport drivers, deserve a better salary because the cost of living in California is so high.
If someone could talk with the employees, who are actually doing the work, when visitors or CEOs come to the plant to get their thoughts would help out greatly. If we are able to be open and honest without having to suffer the consequences, the table talks would be valued.
My leader team made me feel undervalued. I cant work with a team that have no confidence on themselves or their team of employes.

I have to do everyones work because theres no management at night and the night crew get away with everything.
As much work that goes into the company, long hours, stress,they work you to death and pay very little. Better management.

Supposed to been paid workerd comp and never received it . When i was hurt july 2021 HR never Helped me get it after workers comp saod id get it. Apparently HR aint doing there job. Other people hasnt got theres.

They need to do a wage study and see what others are paying in the area. Maybe they could keep people from leaving
