What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

This company needs to be Audited

Wage increase, incentives for employees, and open dialogue as to what is going on within the company

Nothing but excuses from management and no regard for employees wellbeing. H.R gets paid to ignore workers problems. Write ups and terminations simply for something wrong no one explains is done wrong because the training is non existent. Falling apart line with lack of a good maintenance crew.

Lack of help and no support ... teach management to be more helpful instead of targeting you and be disrespectful

Managemt and HR needs to do there job and listen to people. Herassmemt and unsafe work environment continues and nothing done about it. Corporate actually needs to come in and talk to the employees so they know whats going on

No and I mean NO communication to floor employees- just do what I say and dont question the plant manager

Do anything, its been 3 years of this and nothing but "whataboutism" has been tossed around. Its absolutely pathetic.

Go back to the traditional routes and they will get better customer service. I believe the company was making good money before the LFSP but not sure how they are making any money now with all the changes and empty shelves. As a RSP who takes pride in the job i'm embarrassed on how things are ran

Pay what is on the offer letter and follow through on promises

The rules aren't followed anymore, nothing is enforced, nobody cares about the quality of product. Nothing is getting fixed, nothing is being cleaned properly and the training is honestly the worst I have ever seen anywhere.

Two employees torment me everyday from previous altications that I’ve had with them. One is my breakman who leaves my machine constantly when I’m on break allowing dozens of doubles to go to the proof box and he also threatened me if I was late

I am not comfortable working around large groups of people. It takes longer than I anticipate to complete an assigned task because I have to wait for the people to leave the area I am working in.
