I feel undervalue because I am very prefessional on my duties, and I think we as route drivers or as transport drivers, deserve a better salary because the cost of living in California is so high.
If someone could talk with the employees, who are actually doing the work, when visitors or CEOs come to the plant to get their thoughts would help out greatly. If we are able to be open and honest without having to suffer the consequences, the table talks would be valued.
My leader team made me feel undervalued. I cant work with a team that have no confidence on themselves or their team of employes.

We have one employee that doesn’t do his job, smoking in the building on the phone all the time and doesn’t do his job when others have to do
Replace the incompetent employees that are only milking hours & funds from the company and with very little performance in return, making others do their job. With no repracution from Supervisors or Management.

Wage increase, incentives for employees, and open dialogue as to what is going on within the company
Nothing but excuses from management and no regard for employees wellbeing. H.R gets paid to ignore workers problems. Write ups and terminations simply for something wrong no one explains is done wrong because the training is non existent. Falling apart line with lack of a good maintenance crew.
