Overworked, underpaid and not appreciated at all by management. Weekends and holidays spent working do not result in any reward.
Great buisness in a very technical field. BioTech companies are so profitable right now that even poorly managed companies can thrive.
i like the job very much
Pay is below market value. Morale is very low.
SUPER corporate work environment. Very outdated way of seeing the office structure and work expectations. Attracts pretty boring people and employee morale is low. Not surprisingly turnover is high.
