I like that they is an option to attain a bonus, although I didn't qualify this year

We are growing and growing fast. We are in an industry that really helps people and our company has a modern, clean mindset that I think will play well in the marketplace

Our team dynamic is really great. We all share the same mindset that we want to work hard and help each other, but also we can joke around and keep it light at times

What I like best about the leadership team is how engaging they are with the BF employees. They want the best for the company and their team and I think that trickles down to everyone else.
