My team is competent and cares about our patient-centered mission. They come from diverse backgrounds and have work experiences that allow them to be successful in this complex space. They are also fun, caring, and enjoyable to work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My experience has been people-centered. Team members are supportive and step up to help when work is overwhelming. My manager cares about burnout and asks how i'm feeling/how much i'm working. Work/life balance is prioritized and we are encouraged to use pto.

The leadership team is passionate about our mission and driven to succeed. They are always available to me and provide whatever support is needed for us to be successful. My leadership team also cares about my professional growth and has mentored me through my time at Biofourmis.
