The supportive nature of many of my colleagues. We have each other's back and cover for each other when we have vacation, family and personal commitments, and doctor appointments.

The challenge of the work but also the partnership to succeed, I do not feel like I am on an island in my work and focus, I feel like it is a partnership to get things done.
