Getting paid, interacting with different people.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Some of my team members are hard-working, smart, and fun to work with.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

From my limited experience working with/talking to the leadership team, most of the team seems intelligent and well-spoken.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I like when different departments come together for go-lives and projects as it really feels like a team working towards the same goal.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't think the 2-year promotion cycle that was conveyed to me is the best way to retain good employees. Employees know that the best way to improve their compensation is to switch jobs every 2-3 years, Biofourmis should ensure good employees are not leaving by improving compensation accordingly.
