Biogen's philosophy is to pay for performance, and if you perform well, you are highly rewarded. I like that there's opportunity to get multipliers on stock and bonus, and big merit increases.

Biogen set goals not achievable and is constantly changing his mind so setting appropriate goals would help fixing the issue
