I liked the lively and natural interactions, not too formal
Transparency of management team at the time. They were clear what the objectives, challenges and expectations of the role were. This allowed me to be better prepared for taking on the job when hired.
when it was over.... :/ I don't like interviewing. Its unnerving for some, especially those with anxiety. SOME questions are unnecessary especially since TRAINING is provided. Those "tell me a time" should not matter about a previous job, unless the business was affected negatively.
Nothing to like actually. What?
