    BioTrack has an HR department. If there are issues that arise that can not be ironed out between the two parties they are documented and escalated. They also contract out to an HR specialization company for more complicated issues. I have been with the company for a number of years and have been involved in two different issues, and I was very satisfied with the professionalism they exhibited.
