Recent Questions about HR at Good.Co

  • How does Good.Co handle HR issues?
They don't. Our parent company has a great head of HR that gets sent out once in a while...when she arrives the leadership team show boats and puts on a big act to make it seem like things are going great when nothing's changed at all. we finally got an inhouse HR person, but they took months and months to hire one, waiting to find one that would live in fear of wronging the leadership team instead of advocating for employees.

Don’t expect sympathy or confidentiality. They have no power to change anything except in superficial ways. Mostly protecting the company from getting sued.
