I think they are okay. I do believe there is some stuff that can be worked on.
good great not bad right friendly work team fun
leadership is a great opportunity
The room for growth that is given and no micromanaging
Actually preach the transparency that the leadership team prides itself upon. Enable employees to voice their opinions. Develop managerial skillsets through career development and training to better enable employees.
Getting paperwork done on time
actually showing up, giving a sh*t about the company, treating employees with respect, not using the fear of getting fired as a management tool, stop haphazard hiring practices, stop derailing projects so things can actually get done... shall I continue?
Leadership needs to get better at strategy, focus, and transparency. The team is very inexperienced and doesn't seem to learn from mistakes.
For starters, we DESPERATELY need a proper HR department that will hold the exec team accountable and won't allow bullying
The leadership team consists of over emotional, egotistical men who lack industry experience. Non of them seem to understand that their employees are the ones who face the customer on a daily basis and therefore act on behalf of the customer. Leadership doesn’t listen.
The insurance was nice and worked well for what I need.
Time off and 401k benefits
Compensation is fair. What makes this company different is that at least 10% of you compensation has to be variable (bonuses) because they are a start up have a lot of goals that they need their employees to achieve. But it's more than I was getting paid at previous jobs.
Compensation is under market value, senior management prides itself off the headcount costs, along with padding their own salary through performance bonuses.
little and must be better than must work harder
Pays below market rates for the most part, not everyone. Doesn't always follow through on compensation offers, especially when it comes to implied bonuses.
Severely below competitive market rate. They also refuse to provide annual bonuses because quarterly "variable pay" saves them money on taxes...as does hiring contractors versus FTEs.
We tend to listen to each other.
friendly and helpful work team
everything about my team is great, i love them
We are all working towards the same goal and they are super cool people in general.
Meetings with Senior Management are rants about why employees are breaking software. Senior management refuses to accept the concerns of employees.
Co-workers are very junior and do not necessarily have the appropriate training, experience or skills. Not a dig at co-workers, but more about the hiring practice and lack of senior people.
We get along and rarely fight.
Working hard for a living
goal management respective fair performance indicator
the positive aspect is the interaction
The outings, lunches and happy hours
New ceo, or just an IN OFFICE HR team that will hold him accountable
upper management
It wasn’t hard and pretty straight f
Look out for there workers
it was easier then most interviews ive been to. nice energy
for a job seeker its easy. show up, use buzzwords and lie about your experience. YOU'RE HIRED! simple reference checks would have prevented some of the company's worst hires.
Make that cheddar baby woot
fair compensating respect promotion good salary and benefit
just being able to get paid around positive people
Reaching the goal and working with super creative people
More recognition. Less arbitrary firing. More transparency. More focus on doing a few things well.
We have a toxic environment and volatile ceo who constantly derails projects while ruining morale
The leadership team is pinning down scalability and growth because their egos get hurt when the idea doesn’t come from them. Get a leadership team in who knows how to manage a company and we will thrive.
