We tend to listen to each other.

everything about my team is great, i love them
We are all working towards the same goal and they are super cool people in general.
Meetings with Senior Management are rants about why employees are breaking software. Senior management refuses to accept the concerns of employees.
Understanding of each other and we know that we have a life outside of work. Also we actually care about each other.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co-workers are very junior and do not necessarily have the appropriate training, experience or skills. Not a dig at co-workers, but more about the hiring practice and lack of senior people.
