Executive Team cares only for themselves. They yell and scream at employees. There is no culture.
It's like living inside the movie Scream and the CEO is the killer, "Ghostface".
In one word: horrible. It will never get better, period.

How does Good.Co handle HR issues?
Top Employee Response
They don't. Our parent company has a great head of HR that gets sent out once in a while...when she arrives the leadership team show boats and puts on a big act to make it seem like things are going great when nothing's changed at all. we finally got an inhouse HR person, but they took months and months to hire one, waiting to find one that would live in fear of wronging the leadership team instead of advocating for employees.
Don’t expect sympathy or confidentiality. They have no power to change anything except in superficial ways. Mostly protecting the company from getting sued.
How innovative is Good.Co?
There are innovative employees with great ideas but because of leadership who derail projects and screwy halfass backward processes, innovation is lost... along with progress.
The personality tests are pretty innovative. All the team products and fit scores are not proven to work.
