What is the best part about your compensation package?
The insurance is expensive but you do get added benefits I did not receive under other companies.
The compensation package clearly outlines the requirements for achieving bonuses, providing strong motivation for hard work and making it easy to track progress towards incentives.
Compensation tied to performance. If I/my team(s) over perform against our goals, I/my team(s) are given the opportunity to earn more money.
