Mark Partin — Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at BlackLine

Mr. Mark W. Partin has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at BlackLine, Inc. (also known as BlackLine Systems Inc.) since January 2015 and February 2015 respectively. Mr. Partin served as Chief Financial Officer of Fiberlink Communications Corporation since 2005. Mr. Partin was responsible for all of the financial aspects of its operations. He oversaw accounting and compliance, planning and forecasting, reporting and analysis and works closely with Fiberlink's Chief Executive Officer on investor relations and corporate development. Before joining it in 2005, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Headhunter.NET (presently CareerBuilder.com), where he successfully managed its IPO, completed several acquisitions and negotiated multiple partnership agreements. Prior to this role, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Contour Medical Supply, Inc. which was sold to Sun Healthcare in 1999. Mr. Partin served as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller of Contour Medical Inc. Mr. Partin has been employed by Contour Medical Inc. since May 1997. He has also worked as Director of M&A for American Health Imaging, Inc. and Controller at the Williams Group International, Inc. from 1995 to 1997. From 1991 to 1995, Mr. Partin was an accountant in the audit department of Arthur Andersen, L.L.P. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School. He received his CPA certification in the State of Georgia in 1993. Mr. Partin received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Tennessee in 1991.
