- Acknowledging rising burnout from employees. - Improving employee wellness. Virtual pasta making and workout sessions on a seldom basis are not cutting it. Your employees are exhausted. At least pretend to care. - Providing training and proper mentorship to young/inexperienced management.

The compensation is a bit below market value

Base pay is pretty low. Too much of our pay is commission yet it is very difficult to hit our goals and get paid what we deserve.

Zero leadership. Rampant nepotism. Not paid according to market worth. Contracts are treated like 3rd class visitors to the office.

This place operates upside down. The people stab others behind their backs, not a place to work. \n
