What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are equally committed to the well-being of our team members as to the well-being of our brands. They are driven, passionate, intelligent, and always open to input.
Leadership is great about investing and encouraging growth (career and personal), work-life balance, and overall helping every team member feel valued.
Knowledge and willingness to be flexible and change
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Removing department politics related to nepotism
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The full nature of the package. Not just standard insurance, we have a gym, trainers, nap room, etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Making enough to support a family
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've worked for many market-leading brands throughout my career, typically with a high degree of dysfunction behind the scenes. Working at Trove is a completely new experience. Our team is wonderfully collaborative, highly adept at communication, and always encouraging and appreciative.
We all have the autonomy in wearing many hats, getting to try out things we are interested in, and working well as a team-- helping one another out.
We know and understand each others strengths and weaknesses and how to support each other. Have become true friends as well

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is warm and welcoming. Family friendly, team oriented and encouraging of a work-life balance. We are expected to work hard but are repaid in many ways (events, food, games, free product, free company swag, etc.)
Work hard, play hard. All focused on the same goals and the mission of the company and true teammates. So that allows us to have a lot of fun at the same time. And BlenderBottle focuses heavily on helping employees succeed by providing a fun environment and amenities

What makes you most happy at work?
I love the independence and creativity I have in my role, while always feeling supported with the resources to do my job and receiving feedback/input as needed. It's a unique and wonderful combo!
I love seeing that every employee, no matter what their position or title, is and feels, highly valued and appreciated. It is nice to know that the work I am doing makes a difference.
