What do you like best about the leadership team?They are equally committed to the well-being of our team members as to the well-being of our brands. They are driven, passionate, intelligent, and always open to input.
What are some of the best things about your team?I've worked for many market-leading brands throughout my career, typically with a high degree of dysfunction behind the scenes. Working at Trove is a completely new experience. Our team is wonderfully collaborative, highly adept at communication, and always encouraging and appreciative.
What makes you most happy at work?I love the independence and creativity I have in my role, while always feeling supported with the resources to do my job and receiving feedback/input as needed. It's a unique and wonderful combo!
