Provide a way to communticate with your customers. Look at your site once in a while to see what is not working. Right now bloggers pictures are not showing up the feed page. It's been going on for months. Many bloggers just don't care and are leaving. AT this point it is almost worthless.

Culture=COMPLETELY off-some 'get away with' certain behavior while others r penalized 4 same behavior. Salaries r SO LOW outside of exec+CEO
