What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the stock options are pretty fair but I'd like to see inflation concerns more pro-actively addressed in salary reviews.
What makes you most happy at work?
I think we have cool products and there's lot of potential there but the people I work with are hands down what makes me the happiest.
What did you like most about the interview process?
How fast and friendly it was. Since the first interview until the last, there was never a doubt that these are the people I want to work with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think in my team, we have brilliant empathic people who shall get do great things in this company (or others). We have a good mix of personalities bounded together through common goals and objectives. Everyone is comfortable to speak their mind and there is no space for egos.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe we have a very pragmatic leadership team that knows how to set the course and navigate the company through safe waters. This gives me a lot of confidence. On top of that, even though we are bigger in terms of people, it is still easy to talk to the leadership directly and candidly,
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One of the things I like the most since the start is how down to earth our culture is where there's a lot of respect for the work-life balance. I had previous experiences in the past where there was a culture push to make your work your life as well. That is not the case here, you're free to choose.
