Everything. Mid level managers are not bad. It's the VP level and up.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Leadership does not promote from within. Pay is below market rate, leaders know this but don't care.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart people with great personalities. Outside of Leadership BlueJeans has great people

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of the Global Customer Officer, he needs to retire. He doesn't know how to effectively communicate with women. Additionally if the VP of sales sexually harasses female employees he should be fired. No excuses.

Leadership doesn't know what they are doing. They don't even truly understand the product.
