What is the best part about your compensation package? The Benefits are top notch, better than any other company I've worked for!
What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone is hardworking and friendly. The nature of the job doesn't allow for much i traction but the company facilitates fun interaction when possible.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Training for their call center was inadequate. They throw you on the phones and tell you it will get easier in about 6 months.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Lack of training, lack of additional support once they deem you trained.
