What makes you most happy at work?
When my work generates tangible results.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick. Less than a week from start to offer. But my experience was an anomaly; typically, it is a drawn-out process.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Acceptance of who I am. I can bring my true self to work every day without fear. A strong accent on earning and development.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My co-workers are genuine, friendly and very smart people. We have a diversity of ages, ethnicities, races, lifestyles, etc., but everyone is accepting. Our VP is our most vocal cheerleader.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are pursuing a lofty and ambitious vision of "creating a healthcare system worthy of our family and friends." They are investing in initiatives (Manifest MedEx) and start-ups (Altais) to address problems with health care. We even have a Chief Innovation Officer who preaches design thinking.
