The people act like humans. They want to get a sense of personality, not only past experiences.

My team is creative and cooperative. Unfortunately, my manager is struggling, but my coworkers make it enjoyable to come to work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open and transparent. The new CEO hosted international office hours where he answered questions from employees. Surprisingly, he didn't dodge the most difficult ones.
