It differs by site. At the Corporate offices its typically business casual (Orlando, FL, Boca Raton, FL, Knoxville, TN). At the Resorts there is a required uniform, as there is one in all of the Retail Locations. Generally dress codes are relaxed.

Annual merit increases are standard practice. Historically increases have been a consideration every year, but this has a lot to do with the economic climate and health of the company performance.
