It differs by site. At the Corporate offices its typically business casual (Orlando, FL, Boca Raton, FL, Knoxville, TN). At the Resorts there is a required uniform, as there is one in all of the Retail Locations. Generally dress codes are relaxed.

The HR Team at Bluegreen has evolved over the past two years. With a new incoming CHRO (2+ years ago) a lot has changed in terms of how the team operates. There is now an Associate Resource Center as a shared service model and a Human Resources Partner team.
