The leadership that I have at my branch does a lot of shady stuff. I have reported a number of damages on our equipment but to keep his expenses down, he rents the equipment out broken and waits for the customer to call and report it not working. Then he will charge the customer for the damage.
Learning what the customers want and need, ou cannot promise great service and leave people with machines down for days because you will not hire enough mechanics for the fleet.

When we have a meeting, its just a quick run through to say we had it. No one is really taking anything from the meeting that we have.
Co workers are the only thing that makes this job bearable.
The branch manage here is not a people person. During my interview he told me one thing, but once I started working there I quickly realized that he was full of it. He covers up injuries and damages to keep his bonuses and the environment isn't as safe as it looks on paper.
They are constantly changing ones territories and re- writing the commission structure.
