I am paid fairly for the work I do
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They have multiple price increase every year, yet technicians do not get increased wages
The gossip culture is terrible. I much rather get paid less and not have to deal with the mental games that go on.
Better retirement match. Higher salaries
No excuse for not having a safe harbor 401k
Leadership doesnt listen and is incompetent. Medical director has regular tantrums and is ineffective as a leader
If my compensation was increased by 25% that would be a lot closer to what I'm actually worth as a seasoned technician
If they would listen to local teams that have been successful and build and provide adequate physical facilities, the compensation would improve.
Not enough PTO annually. 401k match is low.
