We deserve overtime pay for working 12+ hours 5 days a week.

Barely any training is done for new employees and hiring process is extremely slow.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Safety is supposedly number one but it's unsafe to overwork employees like they do. Sleep deprivation and stress means more accidents.
