Not pressuring employees that are faced with unsafe environments everyday, as well as being pressured with excessive workloads.

Leadership is driving a culture of work until you drop. They do not even know what work life balance is. Recent OHI score proves this, but instead of changing direction they are doubling down on same thing that has create this mess. Does anyone in senior management have any people skills?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We work very hard and don’t get a lot of money for what we do and we’re one of the best of the west in the Livermore branch

Company keeps pushing more work on us, while giving us no composation for it. Nestle thinks handing us a piece of paper with a star on it or a blue truck, will pay a mortgage. I feel like I'm treated like a kindergartener and not a grown adult in the most expensive state in the U.S.

Currently we are $4 behind industry standard wage.. similar jobs pay around $4 more per he on avg..

Been with the company many years , my salary was capped out years ago and I haven't had a raise in at least 15 years , the salary cap is way to low , the cost of living has gone up since my last raise , the cap needs to be raised

The environment is very positive most of the time, all managers try to help, but at times it can be very negative especially when our workload is extremely heavy.

Better pay and bonuses that match our standard of living. Better organization and planning with all fascists of the company before executing plans .. Having the voice of the employee actually mean something.

Safety is supposedly number one but it's unsafe to overwork employees like they do. Sleep deprivation and stress means more accidents.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our routing system for drivers is terrible and we are faced with almost impossible workloads and goals everyday. The demand for our product is high and the company does not have enough drivers to meet demand in a timely manner.

Management has reduced the work force to the absolute minimum. There is barely enough people to keep the operation running and then they ask for much much more out of you
