I really have had major dependant issues tgrough the insurance. BCBS stated the company ask for the additional information that had not changed for 15 years. This led to cancellation of life policy thats been paid into for all these years. Im sure thats why.

Bullying should not be tolerated and this must be openly and consistently communicated from senior levels
Human Resources department need to get involved in employees dissatisfaction with department head specially when there is shown lack of respect by insulating the team and show no respect to all employees within the department
